We are located in Texas and most products are shipped from here. Occasionally we drop-ship from an in-kind vendor if 1) freight is cheaper without compromising quality, 2) we are out of stock and can ship it quicker from an alternate source (but the price will remain locked).

We ship Monday through Friday and USPS on Saturday. We also use courier services in the Dallas - Fort Worth market on Saturdays. We have not found a carrier that will pick up or accept shipments on Sunday. If you know of one, please let us know and we'll get an account set up!

Orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours of receipt. We are usually shipping out of the Dallas, Texas area.  Most destinations are at most a three day shipping lane for us.  Should you need your product shipped faster please contact us and we will always see what can be done to get your order to you sooner.

Yes, our Will Call is open from 7am to 6pm but we accommodate and can be open at any time from early mornings to Holidays. We operate at your hours.
