This harness is one component of a complete personal fall-protection system. It does not include an anchorage, connecting device, lanyard, self-retracting lifeline, rescue equipment, or other system components required for a given job.

Use only with compatible equipment selected for the work application, a properly rated anchorage, and a written fall-protection and rescue plan. Inspect the harness, webbing, stitching, buckles, D-rings, and all connected equipment before each use. Remove it from service after a fall or if there is visible damage, excessive wear, chemical exposure, altered stitching, damaged hardware, or missing/illegible product labels.
