Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates are based on orders shipped via Ground within the contiguous U.S. If prepaid freight, a carrier will be selected by RatchetStrap.com. RatchetStrap.com reserves the right to refuse shipment to addresses that cannot be verified.

FREE SHIPPING QUALIFICATIONS

All orders totaling $2,500.00 in product sales will ship FREE. Carrier will be selected by RatchetStrap.com. If customer requests expedited shipping, customer will pay any additional shipping costs. FREE SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED TO CANADA, HAWAII, ALASKA OR THE VIRGIN ISLANDS

OTHER CHARGES

Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to TX addresses unless a tax-exempt number is provided.
Customer is responsible for all freight costs if Customer opts to select its own carrier for shipping.
Expedited shipping like Next-Day Air Freight delivery can be requested at an additional charge.
Additional freight may apply to non-stocking items that are shipped directly from vendors OR items that are longer than ordinary in length.
Customer is required to have a loading dock/forklift at delivery site for all orders requiring common Freight carrier. If Customer does not have a forklift or off-loading capabilities, Customer must request lift-gate services at an additional cost, which can be as high as $125 per delivery.
Please notify us by phone in advance if lift-gate services are needed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on in-stock items will generally ship within 24 hours. RatchetStrap.com drop ships orders directly from the manufacturer. Every effort will be made to accommodate EXPEDITED orders. Cut off times form most expedited shipments is 1:00 pm. Please note that if you have a change of billing or shipping address, there may be a slight delay in processing your order, which may impact shipping time. Please note that shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer and are subject to shipping times available from their docks. Please note: freight deliveries are not sent to private homes. Freight deliveries are intended for commercial addresses only. Customer is required to be present when freight deliveries are made. Customer is required to have a loading dock/forklift and operator present at time of delivery. Truck freight companies DO NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to move the shipment after it has been lowered to the ground. RatchetStrap.com is not liable for any order that does not meet the above-stated requirements. If there are any additional charges related to the delivery of an order due to the customer's lack of meeting said requirements, customer will be charged any additional amounts to fulfill the order.

RatchetStrap.com offers UPS Ground shipping (which is 3-5 Business Days - delivery based on distance to destination), USPS and LTL Shipping.

MINIMUM ORDERS AND FREIGHT CHARGES

Unless otherwise noted, RatchetStrap.com pays freight on orders shipped within the contiguous United States that meet a qualifying minimum dollar amount of $ 2,500.00. Any questions regarding this amount should be directed to RatchetStrap.com by using the Contact Us Link. Customers pay shipping charges on emergency air orders and/or when the carrier is specified by the Customer. Orders for products in stock will generally ship the same or next business day, unless otherwise scheduled for a specific delivery cycle. Drop shipments are sent direct from the manufacturer and are subject to the shipping times available from their docks.

PAYMENT TERMS, ORDERS AND QUOTES

Terms of payment shall be determined at RatchetStrap.com's discretion. All terms must be agreed to by RatchetStrap.com prior to acceptance of Customer's order. Payment shall be made by credit card, procurement card, check or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to RatchetStrap.com. Where payment is made by credit and/or procurement card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the card and RatchetStrap.com shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Orders are not binding on RatchetStrap.com unless accepted by RatchetStrap.com. Any quotation provided by RatchetStrap.com will be valid for the duration stated in the quotation. If no duration is stated, such quotation will be valid for 30 days.

PRICES, SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES AND TAXES

On orders less than $2,500.00 prices do not include charges for LTL shipping and handling or taxes. Orders requiring LTL (less than truckload) delivery will not indicate the charge for this service on the customer invoice. RatchetStrap.com will contact customer with the amount to be added to the invoice before the order is processed. In all other cases, separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice. Customer is responsible for all sales and other taxes associated with the order, however designated.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products may not be available for immediate delivery. RatchetStrap.com reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products. If there is any revision or cessation of the product ordered by Customer, RatchetStrap.com may ship products, which have functionality similar to the products ordered, but there may be differences in the specifications or brand between what was shipped and what was ordered.
